# Terms of Service for MY Touring Connect

Welcome to **MY Touring Connect**. By using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.
## 1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MY Touring Connect ("the App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.
## 2. Description of Service
MY Touring Connect provides tools for motorcyclists to manage touring activities, including real-time location tracking, group communication, SOS alerts, and role-based touring management (Road Captain, Sweeper, etc.).
## 3. Safety Warning & User Responsibility
**IMPORTANT: MOTORCYCLING IS INHERENTLY DANGEROUS.**
* **Traffic Laws:** You must obey all traffic laws and regulations while using the App.
* **Distraction:** Do not interact with the App while the vehicle is in motion. Use a secure mount and only check the App when it is safe to do so.
* **Assumption of Risk:** You use the App and participate in touring activities at your own risk. MY Touring Connect is a coordination tool and does not guarantee the safety of any route or participant.
## 4. Location Data & Privacy
The App requires access to your location data (including background location) to function.
* Your location will be shared with members of your touring group while a touring session is active.
* We collect and process this data as described in our [Privacy Policy].
* You may disable location sharing at any time, but this will limit the App's core functionality.
## 5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
* Use the App for any illegal purpose.
* Harass, abuse, or harm other users via voice calls or group messages.
* Attempt to reverse engineer the App or interfere with its servers.
## 6. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (Google Login or Username/Password). You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
## 7. Subscription and Billing
Certain features (e.g., Driving Mode, extended history) may require a Premium Subscription.
* Payments are processed via Google Play Billing.
* Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
## 8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, **MY Touring Connect (and its developers/owners) shall not be liable** for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
* Personal injury or death resulting from motorcycling accidents.
* Property damage.
* Loss of data or service interruptions.
* Actions taken by other users in your touring group.
## 9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.
